For Developing New Medical Appliances

The Medical Appliances Institute of the Medical Appliances Industry Management Bureau under the Ministry of Public Health has recently made achievements in researches in an effort to attain its goal to develop more effective medical appliances.

Director Kim Tong Chol and other officials and researchers of the institute have made new designs of effective medical appliances that conform to the global trend and directed their efforts to increasing the stability and efficiency of their operation.

They faced many difficult technical problems in the course of development. But they pooled their creative wisdom and enthusiasm and persevered with their research work.

Finally, they developed low-cost and advanced medical appliances.

On the basis of this success, they have developed 10-odd kinds of medical appliances including digital photoelectric colorimeter, infrared healing machine and ultraviolet healing machine.

The bio-resonance diagnostic and therapeutic appliance and various other medical appliances they newly developed drew the attention of experts at different exhibitions like national exhibition of sci-tech achievements in the field of public health. And they have proved their effect at preventive and curative medical institutions at all levels.

Now the officials and researchers of the institute are working hard to develop more Korean-style quality medical appliances while reducing the cost to the maximum.
