Ten Minutes
In June 1982, the great leader Comrade Kim Jong Il set out on a trip for field guidance in North Hamgyong Province and Ryanggang Province.
When the train entered the Hamhung Railway Station, a station en route, Comrade Kim Jong Il got down the staircase of the train and asked an official in charge of the railway sector if the train was late.
The official, who could not understand his intention, looked at his watch and said that it was not late, and rather was ten minutes earlier.
Hearing his answer, Comrade Kim Jong Il said with satisfaction that it was good then.
He said to the puzzled official: It is time for Vice-Premier Ho Tam to get an injection. So he must not be shaken. We’d better leave after he got an injection.
Thus the train stayed for ten minutes for the health of an official.
