Giving Priority to Health of Workers

The following happened when the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited a factory in Jagang Province.

Going round various production lines, he was very pleased to see the workers working cheerfully at the worksite where CNC technology was introduced.

Then he stopped before a production line and asked an official about the intensity of the noise from the machines.

The official could not say anything. Looking at him, Kim Jong Un said that any noise, however trifling, should not be neglected.

That day he discussed the ways to remove the noise.

Officials told Kim Jong Un that they would completely remove the noise from machines. He said to them that they must do so and stressed the need to provide the employees with better working conditions.

Noise from machines is a natural thing in machine-building factories. But he was so concerned about it out of his intention to provide workers with better working conditions and environment.
