To Improve the Dissemination of Knowledge of Hygiene
One day in August 1973, the great leader Comrade Kim Jong Il watched the rushes of a science film.
After watching them, he stressed the need to edit the film into a science film for the masses and advised on how to do so and what should be guarded against.
Saying that the Mental Work and Protection of Brains, a sequel of the science film Long Life in Good Health, should be edited as a science film for the masses, he told that a science film should be popular so that anyone who watched it should decide that they would do as the film showed.
Saying that the film could not become a science film for the masses because it beautified life, he stressed the need not to embellish life when making a science film in the future.
Later, the sequels of Long Life in Good Health were produced as science films for the masses, further improving the dissemination of knowledge of hygiene among the working people.
